"Ten4 manages thousands of carrier invoices for our customers. The telecommunications industry is very fragmented, with hundreds of providers servicing the United States. Ten4 was looking for a solution to collect and manage these invoices on a monthly basis."
Did you have any expectations, positive or negative, before starting to work with an outside partner?
"We expected this process to be challenging as every carrier handles billing differently. We were hopeful that by engaging with an outside partner with experience in this work we would have more success than we were having in our own attempts."
What was the initial reaction to the solution?
"Our initial reaction was, 'Holy cow, they actually got this to work!'. It has taken a while for us to get to a point where invoices are being reliably collected and managed programmatically each month, but we saw major headway every week along the way. With each new feature or hurdle we overcame, we had more and more faith and excitement in the solution."
What results or outcomes have you seen since the solution's implementation?
"Our billing team has more time to focus on the things that matter most. Instead of spending their time doing back office work, they can focus on analyzing bills and providing solutions to our customers."
