Unista PageSift is a highly configurable file retrieval platform designed to help businesses automatically collect critical documents on a schedule. Powered by agentic AI, PageSift offers an intuitive, prompt-based interface for directing retrieval tasks, paired with self-healing capabilities that adapt to site changes over time—no constant developer intervention required.

Programmatically retrieving files across the web has always been a challenge: authentication barriers like CAPTCHAs, evolving site layouts, and uncertainty over whether you’re getting the latest version of a document. PageSift leverages modern LLM technology to tackle these problems head-on, moving beyond brittle, bot-based scripts and putting powerful retrieval tools directly into the hands of knowledge workers.

Sites & Sifts

Each Site is a URL with optional authentication information.

One Site can have one or more Sifts. Each Sift is an individual pathway within the Site.

Prompt-based direction

Sifts use prompt-based direction to guide them to their destination with the Site. This includes basic information on how to navigate the site, searching or filtering that may be required, checking for file recency by date, and ultimately downloading the correct file.

TRANSPARENCY

The entire “thinking” process is exposed in our Sift history. You can actually see if PageSift encounters a problem and how it chooses to solve it. After a successful pathway is created, it is saved for future file retrieval. However, if that pathway ever fails, PageSift will find a new path on its own.
