Unista (“We”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of user data within our family of Unista Applications (“Apps”), such as Mediator and SpendGuard. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information obtained through the App when users authorize access via Google services.

When you connect your Google account to our Apps, we may collect certain information via Google APIs, including but not limited to:

  • Google DV360 campaign and reporting data

  • GoogleSA360 campaign and reporting data

  • Account, advertiser, and reporting metadata

We do not collect personal user data such as email content, contacts, or calendar events.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Retrieve and display campaign performance insights

  • Generate internal or client-facing reports

  • Enable authorized users to manage and monitor digital advertising activity

We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

Unista Apps do not store Google user data beyond the time required to fulfill requested data transfer operations. All data retrieved via Google OAuth is processed in real time and deleted immediately after use. Users can revoke access at any time via their Google account settings, and no data is retained after revocation.

4. Data Security

Data accessed via Google APIs is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We take appropriate measures to protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification.

5. Third-Party Services

Unista Apps may use Google OAuth for authentication and authorization. All data access complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not share your data with external parties, advertising platforms, or vendors outside of the intended usage within our Apps.

6. User Control and Revocation

You may revoke an App’s access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google account permissions.
